About the Institution
Bogura Zilla School, established in 1853, is one of the oldest and most prestigious high schools in Bangladesh. Located at the heart of Bogura city (Shatmatha), it has a rich history of academic excellence.
Originally founded as an English medium private school, it later came under government management. The school motto is "To Learn Is To Earn Humanity".
Notable Alumni: Ziaur Rahman, Humayun Ahmed, Mushfiqur Rahim.
